I cant open it with IOS 11. All my diaries are gone. Can you update it to be compatible with IOS 11.
I gave two stars, one because I cant even create an account without an error message and a bonus one just because I love the idea of this adorable pink journal. Please fix the connection issues with this app. I would love to use it.
This app used to be called "Moments" and it was free. I liked it a lot when I had it a few years ago, until it decided to spontaneously delete all of my entries one day. I deleted the app after that incident. A year later, I downloaded it again. This time it is called "Journie" and you have to pay for it. I thought maybe they updated it and made some really good changes, but Ive learned that it was a big waste of money since it wont even let me login. The password is correct, but it gives me an error message. I even tried to login with Facebook and it gave an error message again. There is no point in having the app if it wont let me access it. I could have used my money for a better app. I want a refund. A warning to anyone contemplating buying this app: DONT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. I found an app with a lot more features and cute themes for FREE. It is called May Diary.
All I get is connection errors or freezing of entire program. Says password is incorrect although I just changed it a day ago, when I try to reset it again I get a connection error.
It really needs to have support. It wont even let me login, if kicks me out every time. All I wanted to know was how to delete so items, but not syncing.
