I cant open it with IOS 11. All my diaries are gone. Can you update it to be compatible with IOS 11.

I gave two stars, one because I cant even create an account without an error message and a bonus one just because I love the idea of this adorable pink journal. Please fix the connection issues with this app. I would love to use it.

This app used to be called "Moments" and it was free. I liked it a lot when I had it a few years ago, until it decided to spontaneously delete all of my entries one day. I deleted the app after that incident. A year later, I downloaded it again. This time it is called "Journie" and you have to pay for it. I thought maybe they updated it and made some really good changes, but Ive learned that it was a big waste of money since it wont even let me login. The password is correct, but it gives me an error message. I even tried to login with Facebook and it gave an error message again. There is no point in having the app if it wont let me access it. I could have used my money for a better app. I want a refund. A warning to anyone contemplating buying this app: DONT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. I found an app with a lot more features and cute themes for FREE. It is called May Diary.

All I get is connection errors or freezing of entire program. Says password is incorrect although I just changed it a day ago, when I try to reset it again I get a connection error.

It really needs to have support. It wont even let me login, if kicks me out every time. All I wanted to know was how to delete so items, but not syncing.

Im uninstalling the app because the crash issue is very annoying and causes frustration. Cute app. It would be more fun if it didnt crash all the time.

Okay, I posted this type of review some months ago, but I feel I need to bring more attention here. Journie is still optimized for iOS 6 and because of this, isnt completely functional on iOS 7. I can no longer sync my journals or access the store. I promise to bring up my rating but for that to happen, some of these major issues have to be fixed! It would also be nice for the app to be optimized for iOS 7...

I used to love it and have absolutely no problem. But lately it is kicking me out of the app. I can not download any themes to change my theme. And I try typing and it just kicks me out of the app again.

This is my favorite app, but its crashing every time I try to open it. Fix it please. ASAP. Thanks.

I really like this app! I can do so much on it!

I created an account and it kept saying registering then crashing. Then I tried again and it said there was already an account w my email so one of those times it actually worked.. I signed in and every time I try to create an entry it crashes. I reopen it and there are now about 10 new entries with todays date on them. When I type into it its fine, but every time I try to paste something from my email or from my notepad or paste something period, it crashes without fail every time. I want this to work so badly bc it has all the features that I want / need. Pleas fix this!

The design is so cute and so adorable! Its convenient and easy to use. It allows video, photos, etc and super handy. But it keeps crashing so I just have up on the app
