This app is so cute and easy to use. Its very private and has fun colors. Its my go to when Im stressed.

Okay, this is hands down the best journal app ever! I have NEVER experienced any problems, and I am definitely going to purchase VIP once I find the time. Heres a couple of pointers for people having trouble. For password: Tap the girl in the top right corner, then go to the section where it says Password (or maybe Lock, I forget), and its easy to set a password from there! For crashing: I dont have problems with that, but you could try updating your device.

It used to work fine but now it keep crashing... Super annoying

As tried to enter the passcode, it says its incorrect which I positively sure its correct. Tried to get support. Says that the server is busy or unavailable. Cant access my entries. Its been more than a week that Im having this problem. Please fix this!

Copy/cut/paste feature needs to be fixed. I was getting so annoyed while I was typing because it crashed instantly for no reason. Then, today I tried to fix a typo and each time it crashed (tried about 5 times). That was when I realized that if you touch the screen for more than 3 sec or so, it will crash. Thats the only problem Ive discovered so far, and everything else about the app is wonderful.

Whenever I try to make an account, it tells me theres a service error and I cannot make an account.

It wont let me register my email, it keeps on saying error please fix some bugs and when i want to put music it crashes

Not letting me log into my account and not letting me send an e-mail to change my password

For last two months, I cannot login. App wont connect to server!! My life is in here, I want to write :(

Its great except I cant create an account or link my social media accounts. I cant go vip because nothing will load. Other than that, the app is awesome. Its simple and also cute! I just hope the fails to connect to the Internet are fixed.

The core function, to type up daily thoughts, is wonderful, if you disregard the fact that the keyboard is still based off of iOS 6. Otherwise, the journaling itself I find very pleasant and fun. Attachments are a breeze to add, and the entries are very nicely organized. However, one of the apps primary selling points is its Cloud Backup. Unfortunately, this does not even work. There is a connection error whenever I try to make a new account or connect to my old account. This is extremely frustrating, as I spend a lot of time and emotion into my journal entries, and it would be awful if my device were to somehow lose Journies data. I cannot even access the developers website because it is dead. Hopefully, one day when these servers are fixed, Ill knock this review up to five stars.

An update is needed! I love this app, but it needs a big update. It crashes on me very often, and the keyboard is based off of and old iOS update. Please fix!

The app keeps crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still says its not working. Please fix this. Please add more fonts and more themes for VIPs. I cant sign in and cant write entries. I feel cheated out of my money.

Had the same problem as the previous raters. Went to the official site and it says "server cannot be found", which is why no one can register or login. Well, I hope this is just a temp problem. Just really too bad, I liked this app...

Its been months since I could get my settings to work. I made in app purchases to extend my subscription and I cant even login anymore. The reason I logged out was because of the error messages I kept getting. I am connected to wifi and I have internet service thats 4g lte and Im still getting cannot connect to server. This is making me pissy!!! I have kept notes on this app that I need access to and cant access them. These people should refund people for this crap! Safari cant even open their website!

Ive had this app for the last pass three years and lately its been giving me error messages and issues. My profile doesnt save. I have over 150 entries that will not sync because "the server is busy". Im afraid to do what the other users have done by logging out because I may not be able to continue to use the app. Im tired of this app crashing on me as well. I cannot get anywhere with the "back-up" because that doesnt work either! If this doesnt get fixed soon I may be forced to seek out another journal app that actually works! I hope someone out there will actually fix these issues for loyal customers!!

Can you guys fix this app? I love it sooo much but its not working at all. This app has so much potential.

The app kept crashing so I signed out and tried signing back in again and it says connection failed. Try again later. I dont want to delete it then reinstall because I will lose my entries. Please fix this. I love this journal app. I had tried a bunch of others and this is my favorite.
